6G for Society and Sustainability

6G for sovereign citizens in a hyper-connected world

The aim of the “Open6GHub” is to contribute to a global 6G harmonization process and standard in the European context that takes German interests into account in terms of our societal priorities (sustainability, climate protection, data protection, resilience, …) while strengthening the competitiveness of our companies and our technological sovereignty as well as the position of Germany and Europe in the international competition for 6G.

We seek an early, open and interactive dialogue with the public, we are open to cooperation with industry and users and will install OpenLabs and open experimental fields for this purpose, and we want to promote an open innovation system by involving SMEs and start-ups and their results.
